You must be 18 or older
pouting.me is an adults-only service. You confirm that you are at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Pouting closes accounts we believe belong to a minor.
Every companion is fictional
Companions are invented characters, at least 21. They are not real people and they are not conscious. You may not create or request a depiction of a real, identifiable person. You may not upload someone else's photo to stand in for them.
The line that does not move
Sexual content involving anyone under 18 is prohibited, including fictional, drawn, or age-play versions. So is non-consensual intimate imagery of real people. Accounts that cross this line are terminated.
What you build
You keep the rights you already have in text you write in the Studio. You give pouting.me permission to host and show it so the service can run. Publishing a companion makes her visible to other adults on the shelves. You are responsible for what you publish.
Plans and Kisses
Paid plans renew until you cancel. You can cancel from your account. With Stripe, access continues through the period you already paid. Kisses buy extras such as portraits. The price is shown before they are spent. Chat is included in a plan allowance and is not billed per message. Except where the law says otherwise, charges already made are not refunded from this screen.
The service is fiction
Replies are generated entertainment. They are not advice, not a relationship with a person, and not a statement about anyone real.
